Today’s “social contract” between organization and worker is more sophisticated than it has ever been. Workers used to go to work for companies because of their reputation. Today, companies can benefit from their worker’s “reputation” and following/impact in social media. This mutually beneficial opportunity should be leveraged for success for both parties.
