With workers now in a greater position of power in terms of your organization’s brand, it is even more important to view them as partners in your sustainable success. Workers play new roles – brand ambassadors, investors, customers, partners, contractors/freelances and alumni. There is an inextricable link between the organization and the worker/alumni, and an opportunity to forge a strong relationship, even with separated employees.
